Version: [5728] Map to HTML 0.2.0

v0.2.0

Fixes and improvements:
- Non-circle marker symbols (star, cross, triangle, diamond) now
render as the actual traced shape on both the map and the legend,
instead of a plain circle/box.
- Fixed the hover highlight sometimes getting stuck bold after the
pointer moved away; added a "no hover effect" option alongside the
existing click/hover popup trigger choices.
- Facilities sharing the exact same coordinate (including across
different legend layers, e.g. split by an attribute value) are now
spread apart slightly so their color, label, and popup no longer
collide or get mismatched.
- Permanent labels that still overlap after spreading now try nearby
positions before being hidden, instead of just disappearing.
- New per-layer "show popup" checkbox: unchecking it makes that layer
fully non-interactive, which also fixes a background reference layer
(e.g. an administrative boundary) intercepting clicks meant for a
point layer on top of it.
- The layer/legend panel is now collapsible, and starts collapsed on
narrow (phone-width) screens.
- Output folder names are now prefixed with "Map to html_", and the
generated HTML now opens automatically in the default browser after
export.
- Performance: switched to Canvas rendering and disabled zoom
animation (fixes a multi-level animated zoom that could stall for
several seconds on larger datasets), and boundary/line geometry is
lightly simplified on export to reduce redraw cost, with no visible
loss of detail at normal viewing zoom.
