Version: [5619] Basemap Tile Downloader 1.7.1

Added a shared cross-job tile cache (XYZ/WMTS/WMS reuse each other's
tiles, skipping repeat requests and quota hits) and a live per-tile
progress counter, and removed the "polite mode" macro-cell options in
favor of the throttle/back-off/resume machinery. Fixed several
task-lifecycle bugs — downloads that silently did nothing, late
completion/cancel messages, and a WMS-resume crash — plus
multi-feature-extent warnings and quieter logging. Hardened for the
QGIS Plugin Repository: all bandit findings cleared and CI runs the
full security scan.
