This release introduces major improvements to turbine screening,
spacing validation and raster compatibility.

### Highlights

- Added elliptical spacing envelopes for turbine layouts, with
automatic orientation, conflict detection and per-model configuration.
- Added a catalogue of 42 turbine candidates, including
public/reference curves, specification-based approximations and
manufacturer-neutral generic classes.
- Improved Noise and Shadow Flicker raster compatibility by removing
dependency on GDAL's optional NumPy bridge.
- Replaced the Noise XLSX export path with a lightweight
standard-library OOXML writer.
- Improved ES/EN/FR/DE translations across the plugin and Interactive
Map.
- Refined the Hub interface and layout-optimization presentation.
- Added documentation for spacing envelopes, turbine curves and QGIS
compatibility testing.

Power and CT curves labelled as approximations are intended for
screening purposes and are not OEM-certified curves.
