0.9.10 - Beta stabilization complete.

This release completes the current beta stabilization cycle for PlanX
GeoStats Lab.

Changed:
- Centralized optional dependency guidance for MGWR, Spatial Lag
Regression, and Spatial Error Regression. Missing-library errors now
direct users to GeoStats Library Status and the explicit Install /
Update GeoStats Libraries workflow.
- Hardened output-layer metadata handling so field descriptions are
retained as custom layer properties even when a provider cannot apply
field aliases.
- Hardened geometry and centroid handling across distance, center,
distribution, pattern, GWR, MGWR, sensitivity, and export workflows.
Missing, empty, invalid, or provider-problem geometries are skipped
safely instead of crashing the algorithm.

Added:
- Added QGIS-independent smoke coverage for optional dependency
guidance, output metadata resilience, null/empty geometry handling,
and failed-centroid handling.
- Expanded release-gate coverage for core decision helpers, output
metadata contracts, manual QA documentation, and release zip
verification.

Validation:
- Core smoke tests passed.
- Sample data smoke tests passed.
- Provider catalog smoke tests passed.
- Release zip verifier tests passed.
- Strict plugin validation passed with 0 warnings.
- Release zip verified successfully for version 0.9.10.
