- automatic depth limits use collar geometry (0-EOH or trace Z bounds)
instead of data bounds

Fixes:
- division by zero when all LUT breaks are identical (min == max) in
cross-symbology, lut model, and continuous colormap
- gradient legend glitch when scrolling the viewport
- switched extended/discrete config not correctly restored from saved
state
- trace symbology : NULL values are now transparent, unit conversion
applied to LUT values
- trace symbology : remove Enum and SI conversion for extended
numerical data
- LUT propagation mode correctly applied when copying symbology
between configs
- composition_templates table creation moved out of _create_tables in
Spatialite
- GeoExtractor handles empty query result gracefully
