Fixed: plugin.py, map_panel.py, treaty_panel.py, uncertainty_panel.py
now correctly display v6.0.6. All internal version strings, menu
labels,
HTML titles, and UI text fixed. Toolbar: Tools 14/15/16 now visible.
About dialog now shows 15 Tools + 5 Processing Algorithms (accurate
count). No functional changes.

v6.0.5 (April 2026) -- Description fix:
Removed ambiguous "pc" abbreviation from all visible text.
Restructured about section for readability (short sentences, no
bullets).
Fixed: v6.0.4 ZIP contained v6.0.3 description text.

v6.0.4 (April 2026) -- WebGIS Map v2 plus Flake8 cleanup:
Added WebGIS Map v2 with Search, Layer Toggle, Basemap Switcher, Risk
Filter, Chart.js popups.
Flake8: 1220 issues reduced to under 400 (autopep8 applied to all 20
Python files).
Removed unused imports (F401) from 8 files.

v6.0.3 (April 2026) -- Tools 14 15 16 plus Manual v6:
Added Tool 14 interactive Leaflet map inside QGIS Desktop.
Added Tool 15 Bayesian Uncertainty Panel with Sobol sensitivity.
Added Tool 16 Treaty Compliance Panel (ATCI, 10 UNWC articles).
Total tools: 16 (was 13). Manual v6: 15 chapters.
