Updated from baseline v0.5.7.

### Feature changes

- Added a new Design Open Channel workflow beside the original DEM
cross-section workflow.
- Added common channel shape options, including rectangular,
trapezoidal, V-shape, half-circular, Manual XS and saved custom XS
profiles.
- Added manual/custom XS editing with optional local Manning's n
values and reusable saved profiles.
- Added Design Open Channel hydraulic calculations and plotting,
including Q, depth, WSL, area, wetted perimeter, hydraulic radius,
velocity, widths, freeboard and crest information.
- Added bank extension behaviour for water levels above the defined
profile, with left/right batter settings and practical
vertical-extension support.
- Added Manual/Custom XS conveyance method options for Auto, Total A/P
and segment-summed conveyance.
- Added DEM elevation unit and custom sample spacing support.

### UI improvements

- Reworked the interface into separate tabs for DEM XS, Design Open
Channel and Settings.
- Improved layout, labels, result naming and plot interaction.
- Improved copy/export behaviour so profile export follows the
currently visible plot items.
- Removed unused dialog/startup delay setting from the published
workflow.

### Refactoring and package cleanup

- Refactored the package into clearer core, UI, plotting, settings,
forms and canvas modules.
- Moved UI forms and support assets into dedicated folders.
- Improved plugin loading and toolbar/icon handling.
- Removed old root-level UI/assets files and packaged cache files.
- Updated plugin metadata version from 0.5.7 to 0.5.81.

### Fixes

- Fixed DEM Z unit conversion support.
- Fixed keyboard-shortcut opening behaviour.
- Fixed temporary XS drawing cleanup and no-DEM handling.
- Fixed invalid UI stretch setting by applying layout stretch after UI
load.

### Summary

Version 0.5.81 expands QFAT01 from a DEM-based open-channel checker
into a broader flow-estimation tool with design-channel shapes,
manual/custom cross-sections, local roughness support, bank-extension
behaviour, improved plotting/export tools and a cleaner package
structure.
