*TEST*This plugin analyzes the location and capacity of public parking garages and helps to identify street side parking which could be shifted into them. There are three necessary input layers: A layer containing the parking garages [point], a layer containing street side parking [polygon] and a network of walkable links [lines]. As a result, two output layers are generated. One contains all the shiftable street side parking including where they can be shifted to and the distance. The other one contains all selected parking garages including the number of street side parking shiftable into them and their new utilization rates.
