geo_webview launches QGIS as a lightweight OGC server (WMS/WMTS/WFS) and provides a permalink function to restore QGIS map views externally. Launch the server from a dockable panel to expose endpoints such as `/wms`, `/wmts`, `/wfs`, `/qgis-map`, `/maplibre`, and `/maplibre-style`.
