Minor modfication of the code were introduced in regard to style and code
stability. Additional feature was added of creating application maps with
possiblity to exclude outliers. Normally when satellite or drone image index
distribution is normal and without outliers everything works well, but if
outliers are present they might misrepresent some of the index classes and
distort N or yield recommendations. The Mapping without OUTLIERS option was
extensively tested and seems to be very consistent and usefull in some cases.
