project CRS to layers that have an invalid or missing CRS, preventing
unnecessary or incorrect overwrites.

Consistent coloring: Added a color tracking system to ensure layers of
the same custom type (e.g., all tile layers) receive consistent colors
across processing sessions.

Enhanced logging: Added more detailed debug messages to help track the
plugin's operation and identify any issues.
