- Some cleaned and fixes the render views in classification dialog
- Fix classification status message in several cases
- Implemented QgsMessageBar in classification dialog and check the load of
layers
- Use by default the GeoPackage file format, shapefile is optional

- Use the iface from utils, adjust some parent of qtdialog and some pep8 fixes
- Some fixes in clipping in an area of interest
- Trim the boundaries while clipping the area of interest
- UI adjustment and others bugfixes
