Plugin tool for create polygon from image on map.
From the click on the map, the tool automatically creates a polygon on the current editable layer.
The Tool is active when the current layer is a polygon type and editable.
Dependence: SciPy for fill holes. The QGIS install SciPy for Mac and Windows.
Documentation: english or portuguese.
