This version allows the user to not only provide polygons, but also polylines and run Kruskal algorithm accordingly. The requirement for providing polylines is that the first column should be an "id" field and the fourth column is the "cost" field. The user can provide both polygon and polylines, and in this case the algorithm would consider the costs provided in the polyline table. In this way, the resulting MST would be more meaningful to the user.
