This is a bug fix release. Main issues addressed are:
* Change AIFDR url to www.aifdr.org in About Dialog
* Change default threshold of tsunami
* Change minimum needs value for water to 67
* Change 'density' term to 'count' for population
* Enable by default **print as raster** in the map composer template
* Fix InaSAFE renames layer's name back
* Fix problem uncaught inundated road in flood on road analysis
* Fix problem with multi-line in flood on road analysis
* Improve performance of flood on roads analysis
