* [EXPERIMENTAL] Split by network tool in extraction module
Allow to split linear elements and isolated trees given one or more linear
network layer.
* [EXPERIMENTAL] Aggregation tool in extraction module
Dissolve linear elements and isolated trees given a distance threshold. Snap
linear elements and forests/groves.
Add a junction type and a gap percentage for each aggregated geometry.
BUG FIXES
* Generate DHM
Corrected a bug where the formula for the DHM computation was inverted.
Handle multiple overlapping between DEM and DSM tiles.

Removed batch parameter as it was not improving processing speed.
