Generate water network, get flow path upstream/downstream

This plugin creates a network with one outlet from a line layer (shapefile). A warning is generated when circles are found in the network. You can use the tools to show the flow path upstream or downstream of a segment in the network and accumulate flow/loads along the flow path.
