Line simplification tool using genetic algorithms

Plugin created as a alternative to the current simplifiers. As the genetic algorithm used is quite flexible it is possible to make it consider several restrictions to perform the simplification (e.g. topologic rules). This plugin is made to show the potential genetic algorithms have to solve GIS problems.
