19.8.8:
- Add random sampling option for set the seed random value for generating
sampling points,
with the purpose of generate reproducible sampling
- Fix loading the config yaml file in define if classification was made with
thematic classes
- Several adjusts to the ini metadata file where is saved the sampling config
- Fix in valid_file_selected_in when the selection is None
- Fix filling the pixel-values table when the category raster is changed, select
or unselect
- Adjustments the warning/error popups for some cases
- Guarantee the random order for the classification
- Small increase the velocity of the sampling generation
- Updated the docs
