Groundwater Buffer Raster

Expands and interpolates edge values of Water Surface Elevation (WSE) rasters to produce groundwater (GW) buffer rasters
Created for QGIS version 3.22.8 and has not been tested for later versions. Requires both a WSE raster file and a complimentary vector file. Vector file may require smoothing or simplification to be applied to the plugin; see repository for more info.
