Calculates the magnetic heading from a true geographic heading and vice versa.
Uses the NOAA National Geophysical Data Center, epoch 2020 data.
The World Magnetic Model (WMM) are accurate to within 30 minutes of arc for D and I and about 200 nanoTesla for the intensity elements.
