about=
02 Geo3D Analyzer turns a DEM and vector layers into an interactive 3D scene in three steps (terrain, objects, open in 3D) and runs GPU-accelerated spatial and environmental analyses, returning styled results directly to QGIS as GeoTIFF and GeoPackage layers.

    KEY CAPABILITIES:
    - Three-Step Workflow: Ground elevation mesh (DEM), extruded objects (buildings, walls, trees, poles) from fields or expressions with QGIS symbology, and single-click 3D launch.
    - Solar & Microclimate Analyses: Sun hours, shadow casting, Sky View Factor (SVF), facade daylight (Vertical Sky Component under CIE overcast sky), annual solar irradiation, and rooftop/facade PV yield.
    - Urban Comfort & Environment: Pedestrian wind screening, UTCI heat stress, heat-island morphology, approximate Local Climate Zones (LCZ), and seasonal outdoor comfort around buildings using EnergyPlus (EPW/TMYx) weather files.
    - Topographic & Hydrologic Analyses: Slope, aspect, hillshade, curvature, Topographic Position Index (TPI), ruggedness (TRI), topographic wetness index (TWI), dynamic cross-sections, flood inundation, and cut & fill earthwork volume calculations.
    - Planning Regulations & Optimization: BRE 209 daylight and sunlight compliance checks with shareable threshold profiles, side-by-side scenario comparison (A vs B), and multi-objective NSGA-II building height optimization.
    - Interoperability & Export: Synchronized multi-panel view (up to 8 synced panels), 8K high-resolution capture, PDF documentation sheets, standalone offline HTML packages, GLB 3D models, and animated MP4 video recording.

Runs entirely on your local machine via an embedded web server (127.0.0.1); no cloud dependencies or data uploads. Compatible with QGIS 3.28 through QGIS 4.x.
