First steps

The plugin is provided with an example project in which it will be up to you to adapt the file paths.
The file paths used in this example are those commonly used in DDT/DDTM, the administrators of this structure will not be disoriented.

The "network disk mount.bat" file is intended to offer the possibility of operating the project in stand-alone mode. By reproducing on an external hard drive the same folders to which the network drives point, everything will be transparent for the project. The name "CRISE_HDD" used in the .bat is the name given to the hard disks used in DDT04, it will be up to you to make this name consistent with the name given to the hard disk used in your structure. To complete this mode of use, a specific plugin is provided in zip. Please note, file paths are programmed "hard" this will require adaptation of the variables to the paths used in your structure.
This adaptation is done by editing the "Gestion_crise.py" file of the plugin, section Definition of variables line 82 to 108, modifying only the text between single quotes.
For more information on the use of this plugin, refer to the file “I_FicheAide_ouverture_projet_Qgis_gestion_de_crise.pdf” (In French)

The default icons are those in red color.

If an "Events" group is present in the project, the icons remain red when using the tools, and the events are recorded according to their geometry, in the event layers contained in the group.

If this group is absent from the project, the icons will turn blue when used, the objects will be created in a "Drawings" group
In a project without an "Events" group, it is possible to insert an "Events" group containing three point, line and polygon layers with their formatting, using the "Settings" icon of the plugin.

Layers in the "Events" group are read-only. Once an item is created, it cannot be deleted. To deal with the problem of a possible creation error, the layers are equipped with an integrated thematic analysis, which allows you to uncheck a possible erroneous geographical object.

The Basemaps group will be automatically unchecked before a selection, then automatically rechecked after the selection

A detailed user guide is in the process of being written.
