Every command is a QGIS action listed in Settings, Keyboard Shortcuts under "CAD: ...", where you can give it any key. The plugin binds a default only when no QGIS action uses that key; it checks when it loads and again once QGIS has finished starting. It never uses Ctrl+Alt+ a letter or digit, because on Windows AltGr arrives as Ctrl+Alt. The Shortcut Audit lists each command's key as OK, CONFLICT or NO KEY. Every command also starts from the dock's command line by its alias.

F3 toggles object snap only while a CAD tool has the canvas; elsewhere it stays QGIS's Select Features by Value. All other commands, including Object Snap, Focus Command Line, Command Palette and Reset Workspace, have no default key.
Type the alias in the dock command line and press Enter or Space; an empty Enter afterwards repeats the command.

Version 1.29 set these keys; 1.30 no longer does. QGIS uses Ctrl+Shift+ L, P, R, G, C, A, O, T, F, B, M, V, H, D, I, U, J and S itself, and no Ctrl+Alt+ letter key is a default any more.
