Every step is a Processing algorithm with a supervision level: A runs freely, B needs the expert's confirmation in the QGIS window, C is locked and needs a recorded reason to override. Each run writes a tamper-evident audit log. Models are declared in model cards (JSON), so other teams can add models. First models: AERMOD (US EPA, air) and QUAL2Kw (Washington State Ecology, surface water). A Vietnam rules layer (QCVN thresholds, Circular 95/2025/TT-BNNMT on river load capacity) is planned. The plugin does NOT bundle any model binary: download AERMOD from US EPA and QUAL2Kw from Washington State Ecology yourself and set their paths in Processing settings.", "homepage": "https://github.com/pcpgroup-hub/pcp_eia_pollution_modeling", "repository": "https://github.com/pcpgroup-hub/pcp_eia_pollution_modeling", "tracker": "https://github.com/pcpgroup-hub/pcp_eia_pollution_modeling/issues", "author": "Nguy\u1ec5n Th\u1ecb Thu\u00fd Nga", "tags": ["air quality", "dispersion", "hydrology", "environmental impact assessment", "eia", "aermod", "qual2kw", "vn-2000", "vietnam", "processing"], "downloads": 19, "latest_version": "0.2.3", "versions": [{"version": "0.2.3", "experimental": true, "qgis_min": "4.0.0", "qgis_max": "4.99.0", "downloads": 19, "uploaded_by": "nguyennga_teampcp", "upload_datetime": "2026-11-03T03:56:09.657030"}]}
