LandXML2QGIS

LandXML2QGIS imports Victorian LandXML survey plans into temporary QGIS layers
for viewing and analysis.

Features

- Display survey points, straight lines and curved boundaries.
- Display parcels, easements and administrative information.
- Inspect survey loops, misclosures and potential problem observations.
- Import an individual LandXML file or process files from an input folder.
- Recalculate survey geometries and export ePlan-compliant XML.
- Use an external DynAdjust installation for survey adjustment workflows.

Using the plugin

1. Open LandXML2QGIS from the QGIS Vector menu or its toolbar button.
2. Select a LandXML file or an input folder.
3. Choose the layers and processing options you need.
4. Select an output folder and run the import.

The plugin adds the selected layers to the current QGIS project. These are
temporary layers; save any layers you want to keep using QGIS.

The default output folder is LandXML2QGIS inside your Documents folder.
You can select a different folder in the plugin dialog.

Compatibility

The plugin declares support for QGIS 3.40 and QGIS 4.x. This version has been
tested on QGIS 4.2.1 with Qt 6 and Python 3.12. QGIS 3 has not been retested
for this update. DynAdjust processing requires a separate local installation.
