Split into COGO Lines breaks a\nboundary into one line per course carrying Direction, Distance,\nRadius and ArcLength, in any of the four ArcGIS direction types\nand four direction units; circular arcs stay single courses with a\nsigned radius rather than being chorded. Merge combines features\nwith a per-field value chooser and keeps the preserved feature's\nid. Divide cuts lines by length and polygons into equal-area\nstrips along a chosen direction. Construct Polygon writes the\npolygon a set of lines encloses, naming and flashing the loose\nends when they do not close.
