Model Builder and scripts

HELIX modules still write a folder for manual workflows, but important rasters, CSVs, JSONs and reports are also exposed as individual outputs and optional destinations. This makes the engines usable as intermediate steps in QGIS Model Builder and processing scripts.

Rules

Use explicit destination parameters when a following step needs a file path.
Enable script/model-builder mode in Spatial to avoid automatic layer loading.
Temporary outputs are supported; QGIS resolves TEMPORARY_OUTPUT to a real folder/path.
Skipped optional outputs may return an empty path. This is expected when the input required for that output was not provided.

Workflow	Connect
Vector labels → context	Spatial `Hard label raster` → Context `Hard label raster`.
Multiple sources → soft labels	Spatial `Probability stack` and `Agreement` → Soft `Probability stack` and `Source agreement`.
Temporal risk → soft weights	Temporal `match CSV` can be rasterised externally or used for reporting; temporal-quality raster can then feed Soft.
Context × seasonal effects	Context `class/context stack` → Helical `Context feature stack`.
