{"name": "GeoCad UAV Toolkit", "package_name": "geocad_uav", "description": "Technical suite for forestry design and UAV photogrammetry: parametric CAD with automatic Italian cadastral lookup, reforestation planning on a DEM, and flight mission planning with real terrain following.", "about": "GeoCad UAV Toolkit is a QGIS plugin for integrated geospatial\r\nwork: technical CAD drawing, reforestation design, and UAV\r\nphotogrammetric mission planning. The three modules share one geometry\r\nengine, one terrain model and one cadastral service.\r\n\r\nCAD. Parametric geometry -- square, rectangle, regular polygon, circle,\r\narc, line, polyline -- with dimensional input (side, angle, radius) and\r\nnative QGIS snapping. Move, rotate and resize preserve the construction\r\nparameters. Every shape placed queries the cadastre on its own geometry\r\nrather than on a point: the attribute table carries five columns (Area,\r\nPerimeter, Municipality, Sheet, Parcel) and the full reading -- every\r\nmunicipality, every sheet, every parcel, with cadastral area, intersected\r\narea and percentage -- stays in the panel and on the map.\r\n\r\nREFORESTATION. A sixteen-step workflow: area definition, cadastral data,\r\nelevation model, constraints and setbacks, homogeneous zones, species\r\ncatalogue and composition, density and planting pattern with\r\ntrigonometric slope correction, row orientation, plant generation,\r\nnaturalistic pass (glades, irregularity, per-species minimum distances),\r\ncomparative optimisation, anomaly checks, plant editing on the layer, map\r\ncomposition and deliverables.\r\n\r\nUAV. Photogrammetric planning in twelve steps: mission area from a\r\npolygon or from a linear axis for corridors, drone and sensor libraries,\r\nbidirectional GSD calculator (flight height and ground resolution are two\r\nends of the same optical relation), real terrain following on the DEM\r\nwith an elevation profile, acquisition parameters and overlaps, strip\r\ngeneration with a measured azimuth, waypoints and exposure stations,\r\nsafety checks against obstacles and endurance, mission preview on the\r\nmap, flight simulation with ground footprints and live coverage,\r\npre-flight validation and export.\r\n\r\nCADASTRE. Queries the INSPIRE WFS service of the Italian Agenzia delle\r\nEntrate, with real geometric intersection. A geometry spanning several\r\nmunicipalities returns all of them, every sheet and every parcel\r\ninvolved, each with its cadastral area, intersected area, percentage of\r\nthe parcel and percentage of the project; Belfiore codes are resolved to\r\nmunicipality names. Large bounding boxes are tiled, merged and\r\ndeduplicated, so a provider that stops at its own feature ceiling does\r\nnot silently truncate the answer. The same engine serves the CAD module\r\nand the reforestation module.\r\n\r\nDEM AND TERRAIN. One terrain model for the whole plugin: slope and\r\naspect for the planting pattern, flight height for the UAV mission. The\r\nraster is reprojected from the CRS the QGIS layer declares, which is the\r\none QGIS draws it with. Waypoint heights really follow the ground.\r\n\r\nCARTOGRAPHY AND EXPORT. Map sheets on QgsPrintLayout from A4 to A0,\r\nportrait and landscape, with legend, scale bar, north arrow and grid.\r\nReports in PDF, Word and Excel. Missions in GeoPackage, GeoJSON, KML,\r\nKMZ, GPX, CSV, Litchi, MAVLink and native DJI WPML, the last one\r\nrestricted to the aircraft DJI documents as compatible.\r\n\r\nINTEGRATION. GIS, CAD, cadastre, reforestation, UAV, photogrammetry and\r\ncartography work on the same data: the area drawn with the CAD tools is\r\nthe reforestation project area, the reforestation DEM is the terrain\r\nfollowing DEM, and the forestry project generates the flight mission\r\nthat documents it.\r\n\r\nInterface and reports are in Italian.\r\n\r\nCreated by Cap.
