name=Pluma Gaussiana Educativa
description=Educational Gaussian plume simulations with georeferenced outputs and wind observations.
about=Educational, non-regulatory steady-state Gaussian plume plugin based on Masters and Ela (2008).
    Students can select stability A-F, adjust wind speed from its measurement height, use constant, synthetic or CSV wind data, and create georeferenced raster, isoline, source and wind-rose outputs.
    Unlike AirEmergency, this plugin focuses on teaching the classical flat-terrain model and does not simulate terrain, dry deposition, fire releases or plume rise.
    The interface is available in Spanish and English. It uses NumPy, PyProj and Matplotlib from the QGIS Python environment.
