General Flow

=> A - Projects

1. Login details
• Enter url,username,password (If already saved, select the username to retrive)
• Option to store password (or remove any saved credentials).
• Click login to load projects.
2. List of projects.
3. Details/metadata of the selected project.
4. Load forms of the selected project.

=> B - Forms

1. Select the form.
2. View selected form details
• View selected form metadata.
• View selected form fields.
• View selected form entities.
• View selected form users.
3. Select data query method (by number of row or date) and how many rows per page.
4. Load data of the selected form.

=> C - Data

1. Data Table
• Select pages to view data
• View selected rows data based on pages selected.
• Select a single row (click) to view on map (make sure the field which holds the spatial data is selected below).
• Select a single row (double click) to view repeats (make sure the reapeat table is selected on repeat tab.
• Select "--Select Location--" to add attribute table.
• Select the field with spatial data and click plot to load data above(table above).
• Load attachments (Picture/Images and Audits only
• Load fields ready for rapid loaded data analysis
2. Table Repeat
• Select table repeat to view (based on the loaded data only)
• Select a single row (click) to view on map (make sure the field which holds the spatial data is selected below).
• Select "--Select Location--" to add attribute table.
• Select the field with spatial data and click plot to load data above(table above).
• Load fields ready for rapid loaded data analysis
3. Attachments
• In the tree view, click image/picture to view.
• In the tree view, click audit file(.csv) to view.
• Load all audit logs, to table.
4. Image Viewer
• Select field as an image/picture description.
• Select field (Spatial) to extract as Latitude/Longitude/Altitude as an image/picture location details.
• Select field (Spatial) to extract as Latitude/Longitude/Altitude as an image/picture location details.
• Load the location and description details into textboxes below image.
• OR, enter details:
• Enter image/picture Latitude.
• Enter image/picture Longitude.
• Enter image/picture Altitude.
• Select image/picture Date.
• Enter image/picture Description.
• Save the image/picture above with location and description details.
• Save all images/pictures loaded in attachments with selected Description and Location Details.
5. Audit Log
• Click a single row with location (Latitude/Longitude) to view on map.
• Plot all data with location (Latitude/Longitude) on the audit table.
• Pivot analysis based on data from audit table.

=> D - Analysis

1. Data
• Pivot analysis based on data loaded from form.
• Row - Index for the pivot(Must).
• Column - Field to act as headers of the pivot(Optional).
• Values - Field to summaries, if "string", the math should be count (Optional).
• Math - The simple function to be applied based on Row/Column/Values (Must).
• Plot graph based on the pivot table.
2. Audit
• Pivot analysis based on data loaded from audit.
• Row - Index for the audit pivot(Must).
• Values - Field to summaries, if "string", the math should be count (Optional).
• Math - The simple function to be applied based on Row/Values (Must).
3. Graph
• Graph from data pivot table.
4. Word Cloud
• Wordcloud using a single field to visualize words frequency based on loaded data.
