{"name": "Flood Defense", "package_name": "fdtm", "description": "Flood Defense: the Toolkit Method.", "about": "Plugin for the Defense urban city from fludding\r\nThe Flood Defense Toolkit Method (FDTM) is a planning\r\ninstrument aimed at providing a general evaluation of the\r\nfeasibility of a protection strategy against flooding for an\r\nurban area. Such strategy may include different kinds of\r\ntechnical and technological solutions and their mutual\r\ncombinations which are site specific.\r\nIt has been developed as a QGIS plugin. It is based on a\r\nlimited set of easily available data (DTM, buildings and\r\nstreets map, land use, flooding map, etc.) and it guides the\r\nuser through the design of protected areas and perimeters to\r\nwhich different kind of technical solutions can be assigned.\r\nThe plugin includes also a set of elements for a preliminary\r\nevaluation of rainwater management within the protected\r\nareas and perimeters.\r\nAll the data are collected and ordered within a single\r\nproject file which can be used as a base for a collaborative\r\ndesign process.\r\nThe plugin allows to print a report containing a key-map and\r\ntables with project data which can be used to easily compare\r\ndifferent intervention strategies.\r\nAt the moment the manual is in italian. English version will\r\nbe available soon.\r\nIn stand-alone versions of QGIS 2.18 for the Windows\r\napplication system, the file named \"qgis_customwidgets.py\"\r\nis not copied to the correct path of python. If the fdtm\r\nplugin does not find this file, an error will occur. To\r\nfix the problem, simply copy the \"qgis_customwidgets.py\"\r\nfile into the folder:\r\n[installation folder of QGIS]\\apps\\python27\\lib\\site-\r\npackages\\PyQt4\\uic\\widget-plugins\\qgis_customwidgets.py\r\nThe file \"qgis_customwidgets.py\" is delivered together with\r\nthe folder containing the fdtm plug-in installation library.", "homepage": "https://github.com/angiolafanelli/FloodDefense", "repository": "https://github.com/angiolafanelli/FloodDefense", "tracker": "https://github.com/angiolafanelli/FloodDefense", "author": "Thetis S.p.A.", "tags": ["flooding", "protection", "urban area"], "downloads": 1324, "latest_version": "0.6.2", "versions": [{"version": "0.6.2", "experimental": true, "qgis_min": "2.0.0", "qgis_max": "2.99.0", "downloads": 1330, "uploaded_by": "angiolaf", "upload_datetime": "2020-03-16T05:45:24.266672"}]}
