name=DIGIPIN ENCODER
description=India Post DIGIPIN for QGIS: register on GeoVera, use your personal API key, encode/decode, map tools, layer batch processing, CSV I/O, and cell visualization.
about=DIGIPIN ENCODER integrates India Post’s 10-character geo-coded addressing system into QGIS. Registration on geovera.in is required: sign in with Google, request DIGIPIN API access, and paste your personal admin-approved key. Then encode lat/lon (map click, canvas center, or manual), decode/validate DIGIPINs with map zoom and ~4m cell polygons, process point/line/polygon layers, and import/export CSV. Cloud service hosts are managed by GeoVera and are not exposed in the plugin UI.
