DEM Route Profile and Terrain Cost Analyzer

This plugin creates DEM route profiles from clicked map points and supports 3D terrain sections, multi-DEM comparison, and terrain cost analysis.

Basic workflow

1. Load one or more DEM raster layers.
2. Select a base DEM layer.
3. Activate the plugin.
4. Click two or more points on the map canvas.
5. Review the 2D elevation profile, 3D section, and cost values.

Exports

• CSV profile samples
• GeoPackage PointZ sample points
• GeoPackage 3D LineStringZ route
