{"name": "Bhoonidhi Downloader", "package_name": "bhoonidhi_downloader_qgis", "description": "Search, browse and download open-access satellite imagery from ISRO's Bhoonidhi portal directly inside QGIS.", "about": "A QGIS front-end for the bhoonidhi-downloader library (https://github.com/geovicco-dev/bhoonidhi-downloader,\nMIT license). Log in with your Bhoonidhi credentials (never stored to disk --\nthe session lives only in memory for the current QGIS session and is\ndiscarded on close), pick a direct-download satellite/sensor, set a date\nrange and a spatial filter (manual bounding box or a drawn rectangle),\nsearch the archive, preview georeferenced scene quicklooks on the map,\nand download selected scenes. Each search is saved as a revisitable\n\"query\" for the session and cleaned up automatically when QGIS closes.\nExternal dependency: the bhoonidhi-downloader PyPI package (needs Python 3.10+,\ni.e. QGIS 3.34 or newer). The plugin installs it automatically with pip into\nyour user Python folder the first time it runs (internet needed, no admin\nrights) and confirms with an \"All dependencies resolved\" message. If that\nfails it tells you why and how to install it manually; the plugin re-checks\neach time QGIS starts (or you click its toolbar icon) and tries again\nautomatically. Works with QGIS 3.34 through 4.x.", "homepage": "https://github.com/SaptadeepGSA/Bhoonidhi_Downloader_via_QGIS", "repository": "https://github.com/SaptadeepGSA/Bhoonidhi_Downloader_via_QGIS", "tracker": "https://github.com/SaptadeepGSA/Bhoonidhi_Downloader_via_QGIS/issues", "author": "Saptadeep Deshmukh", "tags": ["remote sensing", "imagery", "nrsc", "satellite", "download", "bhoonidhi", "isro"], "downloads": 378, "latest_version": "0.1.8", "versions": [{"version": "0.1.8", "experimental": false, "qgis_min": "3.34.0", "qgis_max": "4.99.0", "downloads": 104, "uploaded_by": "SaptadeepGSA", "upload_datetime": "2026-09-18T12:46:24.227718"}, {"version": "0.1.5", "experimental": false, "qgis_min": "3.28.0", "qgis_max": "4.99.0", "downloads": 61, "uploaded_by": "SaptadeepGSA", "upload_datetime": "2026-09-16T08:30:43.206122"}, {"version": "0.1.2", "experimental": false, "qgis_min": "3.28.0", "qgis_max": "3.99.0", "downloads": 62, "uploaded_by": "SaptadeepGSA", "upload_datetime": "2026-09-15T01:52:38.808374"}, {"version": "0.1.0", "experimental": true, "qgis_min": "3.28.0", "qgis_max": "3.99.0", "downloads": 150, "uploaded_by": "SaptadeepGSA", "upload_datetime": "2026-08-19T12:41:55.162255"}]}
