about=about=This QGIS plugin was developed as part of the Master of Science in Water Sciences thesis entitled "Desarrollo de Complemento en QGIS para la Ubicación Óptima mediante PSO de Válvulas Reductoras de Presión en Redes de Distribución de Agua". The plugin integrates EPANET hydraulic models, WNTR simulations and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) techniques to support the optimal placement of Pressure Reducing Valves (PRVs) in water distribution networks.
