about=Extracts CHIRPS rainfall for a point or an AOI (district/custom polygon loaded from a user shapefile/GeoPackage) via the Google Earth Engine Python API. Exports point time series to CSV, and loads AOI rainfall directly as a raster layer in the QGIS map canvas (with an optional Google Drive export for AOIs too large for direct download). Computes SPI (1/3/6/12), RAI, and PCI, and runs Mann-Kendall/Sen's-slope trend analysis. Also accepts a user-supplied CSV of ground-station monthly rainfall for side-by-side comparison with CHIRPS.
