changelog=ALPHA-40.20.1 - Security-scan packaging revision of ALPHA-40.20. No functional changes from the tested 40.20-V3 public build. Bandit B110/B112 defensive exception-flow findings are explicitly configured; hardcoded-secret false positives and substantive Bandit findings were corrected in source. Public Experimental Tools remain limited to Projection grid, Azimuth ruler and Interactive monoplotting.
