about:Add a magic wand in Photoshop style. The plugin adds a toolbar that contains an action that activate a map tool. This map tool works when the active layer is a raster layer. When you click a point on the raster layer, a polygon that represent the object that you clicked on the map is generated (it could be the roof of a building, a tree, a street, a field, a river or whatever). The important thing, in order to have a good result, is that the clicked element should have a well definite border. Works on Windows, QGis minimum version tested 2.8. Known issue are efficency, velocity and shadow detection
