18.11.15.q3: (Qgis3)
- Fixed clipping the stack process using a shape in other coordinate system
while is applying the cloud filters
- Make the stack masked, generated by the plugin, as UInt16 data type
- Check if the fillminima and valueindexes are build, else compile it using
setup function,
with that is not necessary have the static library compiled by OS inside the
plugin
- Updated the fillminima and valueindexes to py37 (Qgis 3.4)
- Several minor improvements and fixes
